This tool shrinks your pictures, adds white space around them if you want, and saves them as JPG files. Your original pictures are never changed.

Step 1 — Pick your folders

Pick the folder that has the pictures you want to convert.

No folder picked yet.

Pick where the new pictures should be saved. If you skip this, they go into a new folder called “out” inside your pictures folder.

Will save into: “out” inside your pictures folder.

Step 2 — Picture quality

Higher numbers look better but make bigger files.

Step 3 — Picture size

The longest side of each new picture will be this many pixels. Small pictures are never stretched bigger.

Step 4 — Picture shape

White space is added around your picture to make it this shape. Pick “Keep original shape” if you only want to shrink pictures.

Step 5 — Convert

Pick a pictures folder first (Step 1).
